Ayurvedic Spring Cleanse

Come and join me for an Ayurveda Spring Cleanse and Rejuvenation

Spring and Autumn are the perfect times to cleanse. They represent the cusp of the two major climate changes of the year and as the body is required to undergo a considerable adjustment at this time the most effective way to support it is to clear out the old and make way for the new.

Spring and Autumn also follow the two great periods of accumulation and this means there is ama, or toxic waste, just waiting to be eliminated before it begins to wander around the body, becoming lodged in places where it can only cause disruption and damage.

Any excess dosha also needs to be reduced and expelled at these times of the year, this is to prevent any ama present being carried from the digestive tract and distributed throughout the deeper tissues of the body.

Excess dosha and ama are the causes of blockage in the body’s systems, physiology, and damage to its tissues, anatomy. Ama is caused by excess dosha, weak agni, (digestive ability) and poor elimination.

The objective of this Ayurvedic Cleanse & Rejuvenation is to :

  • Pacify and eliminate excess Dosha
