You will gain an understanding of the basic tenets of Ayurveda and learn how to identify the three main body- mind constitutions. These insights will give you a great understanding of yourself and those around you.
Gone will be your impatience with the one that is always too slow or the other that can’t sit down to eat. You will gain the tools to help them through a simple Ayurvedic Diet and Lifestyle. This course will be interesting, interactive, fun and supported by an easy and practical handbook.
The course will consist of :
17 contact hours via Zoom. 4 x 4 hr sessions with breakout rooms for work-shopping and exploring.
4 X 2 hour Practice Sessions
1 x 1 hour session for questions and answers.
This will consist of 1 X 4 hour class and 1 X 2 hour practice session per week.
A hand book summarizing the essentials of the course and constitutional charts for lifestyle and diet.
